For Personal Injury Cases:

EXPECTATIONS & INFORMATION

When we interview you about your injury the first time during your no fee initial meeting, general information is obtained regarding the date of the accident, the place of the accident, and the general nature of the injuries.

At our first meeting, we will discuss the background and expectations for your case. We will notify the other party and/or their insurance company that you have retained us as your attorney.

Letters are sent to all physicians and hospitals that treated you, notifying them that you have retained us to represent you. When necessary, witnesses will be contacted and photographs of the scene will be taken.

Any necessary information from employers, schools, or other persons will be obtained. If needed, an investigator will be hired by us to assist us in this investigation.

EVALUATION

No personal injury case is settled until the exact nature of the client’s medical condition has been determined and all investigation has been completed.

One of the most difficult requests we make of our clients is for them to have patience. As soon as the investigation has been complete and all necessary medical information obtained, we will evaluate your case. We will arrive at a proper settlement figure for you.

For Traffic Violations, please send our office a copy of the ticket with your contact information and an attorney will get back to you shortly.

CONCLUSION

Our goal at The Law Offices of Paul Bryan Schneider, P.C. is to make this time as easy as possible for you. We will handle every step of your case from start to finish.
